Quelques difficultés pour nous au moment de prendre possession de l'hébergement, les informations d'home holidays pour rejoindre l'hébergement étaient bonnes mais il faut une meilleure signalisation à l'entrée, Home holidays est au courant et va y resee more
Quelques difficultés pour nous au moment de prendre possession de l'hébergement, les informations d'home holidays pour rejoindre l'hébergement étaient bonnes mais il faut une meilleure signalisation à l'entrée, Home holidays est au courant et va y remédier. Nous avons aussi apprécié qu'une réponse favorable nous parvienne après notre résevation. Nous avons eu de nombreux refus d'hôtes dont les appartements étaient toujours en ligne et qui nous signalaient tard qu'ils avaient des travaux de réfection à faire ou tout simplement des refus non justifiés. Nous avons certes décidé de réserver en dernière minute mais cela ne devrait pas arriver. Merci à Ricardo et à l'équipe de Home Holidays. Karim Dahmane Directeur de l'agence Iceland Escape en Islande
